in tap water, especially chlorine. So I got purified water.

I have decided to add superthrive.

I also decided to add some hydrogen peroxide. But No Fertilizer!

The instructions say the best way to water the seeds is to lightly spray them.

There it is. My homemade carnivorous plant terrarium planter all loaded up with the seeds planted and watered.
Note the thermometer and humidity gauge. All they need now is light and heat.
The sundew seeds are tiny. If you breathe you might blow them away. I count 10 of them.

The instructions say to put the seeds on top of the soil and do not cover them up.

All done!

Next we give them some water
These carnivorous plants prefer to grow in nutrient poor soil and do not like fertilizer.
In fact if you give them fertilizer it will kill them so we can not use the kind of potting soil
that already has fertilizer in it. I am going to use Hyponex potting soil, which as far as I know
does not have plant food in it, along with some perlite and sphagnum peat moss.

There we go. Next we will have a look at the seeds.
