Raquel The Riesling grape vine has now grown so tall she almost touches the
lights so I have decided to prune the top branches and keep them as cuttings.
But first I am going to let the tendril clingers wrap around a trellis wire.
I clamped a board to the side of my garden bench to serve as a trellis post.

I am going to use rapiclip green soft wire tie as my trellis wire.

Next I clamped two pieces of the rapiclip green soft wire tie to the trellis post.
This should work well since after the tendril clingers wrap around the green soft wire trellis
I am going to cut the branches and try to root them as cuttings using
the tendril clingers and wire trellis to support them.

The tricky part is getting the soft wire trellis to fit into the tendril clingers and hold still.

I am going to try to get a series of pictures of the tendril clingers wrapping
around the soft wire trellis, but I don’t know how long that will take.
