I think one of these plant spa planters should work just fine.

I filled it up with regular mircle gro potting soil.

Here is a look at the seeds.
Single Italian Plain Leafed – Parsley seeds

Salvia Officinalis – Sage seeds

Rosmarinus Officinalis – Rosemary seeds

Thymus Vulgaris – Thyme seeds

I planted several of each of the seeds in four spots along the length of the plant spa.

I covered them up with a little more potting soil and sprayed them down with water.

I hope at least one of each of them germinates and sprouts.

There goes the parsley seeds

There goes the sage seeds

There goes the rosemary seeds

There goes the thyme seeds

There goes the catnip seeds

All Done!
I put a thermometer in there and now I am going to put it under an incandescent light to heat it up.

All I can do now is wait and see if the seeds germinate and sprout.
I’ve got a burpee 10 peat pellet mini greenhouse seed starter I am going to use to germinate some herb seeds.
Two of each of the following:
Single Italian Plain Leafed – Parsley
Salvia Officinalis – Sage (common)
Rosmarinus Officinalis – Rosemary
Thymus Vulgaris – Thyme (common)
Nepeta Cataria – Catnip

I am going to puff up the peat pellets by giving them purified water with 1ml per gallon of superthrive
and two tablespoons per gallon of hydrogen peroxide in it.

There we go, and we are ready to plant the seeds.
